Listen to the speaker respectfully

Ask them questions if I want more information

In Whanau I will turn my body to face the person speaking

How will I know when I have achieved my goal?

Because I will be listening to the speaker

Getting my work finished

Knowing what I should be doing

Ask if I am not sure what I am meant to be doing

Know what goals I am working on

How will I know when I have achieved my goal?

I will know what I am doing and I will be getting more work finished on time.

WALT: infer meaning from the text

I learned to use pictures from the text

I achieved my goal because I have used clues in the text.

Next time I will look for emotions to give me clues.

WALT run 1.5km for cross country.

I learned that I can run for 1.5km.

I achieved my goal because its an easier goal to achieve now.

Next time I will run faster.

This week I have really enjoyed learning about ANZAC day because I learnt more.

I would like to learn more about my great granddad.
